There are hundreds of different Bosch common rail injectors, but do you know that there are limited designs of those injectors? Most of the Bosch common rail injectors can be classified into 3 different types. What we call generation 1, generation 2 and generation 3 injectors (or CRIN1, CRIN2 and CRIN3 injectors). Their structions and maximum pressures are different. This is the trend and design evolution of tipical Bosch Common Rail Injectors.
